PMES has a range of approved modular designs of electrical substations and transformer rectifier units that can be supplied, installed and commissioned to support rail infrastructure investment programmes. The modelling and analysis tools available at PMES facilitate optimisation of the power system design to maximise availability and reliability.

A major investment programme is being undertaken by Transport for London to improve London’s transport infrastructure before the 2012 Olympics. PMES is supplying its specialist transit power equipment for a number of projects within this overall investment programme.
