Stationery Forms

Business forms

There are many and varied forms used for business purposes throughout Ultra and it is not possible within
this guideline to cover every variation. Some forms also need to be used within computerised systems
where spacing may dictate their layout to a large extent and some are dictated by the customer.
For these reasons, we only include in this section the basic elements that must be followed.

  1. All forms must carry the Ultra logo, preferably centred at the top.
  2. Every form should have a clear, precise title – see ‘Form titling’.
  3. Forms which are circulated outside the Group should be printed in two colours – Pantone® 281 and Pantone® 123, or one colour – Pantone® 281.
This should only be overridden by specific requirements from a customer/authority but the Ultra logo may only be reproduced in one of the three approved colourways – see ‘Logo’ section in ‘Basics’.
Pantone® 123 should only be used within the logo and for the fine rule above the heavier blue rule under form title.
The use of a blue only Ultra logo is restricted to business forms and should not be used elsewhere.
  4. Forms for internal use should be printed in Pantone® 281 or black.
  5. The sheets of multi-part forms should be distinguished by the use of coloured paper rather than coloured inks.
